You asked why I say I should hate this ... well, I analyzed my feelings, and realize that while I love the colors and patterns ... being on the floor I would be so off balance that I might just wander around following the lines ... and go nose-down on that escalator!!! Why I LOVE it is ... the randomness of the patterns are AWESOME, and the colors, while bright, are still muted enough to not give me a headache.
Except for the one I get after falling down the escalator, right?

Really fascinating pictures you have here. So many footfalls on them, wonder where they were headed to.
Wow- now that's a floor I could live with! Will have to figure out how to do it here in an adobe house.
And make a carpet and painted windows to match for other rooms...
